Order Preparation & Handling

- Orders are processed and prepared Monday through Friday, excluding Australian national and state public holidays.
- Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will commence processing on the following business day.
Delivery Timeframes
- Standard Delivery: Typically 7 to 10 business days from the date of dispatch.
- Delivery times may vary slightly depending on destination (regional and remote areas may require additional transit time) and seasonal peak periods such as Black Friday or Christmas.
Tracking Your Order
Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to trace your delivery progress online.
Delivery Addresses & Safe Drop
Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete at checkout. Jerry Brisbane is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrectly supplied address. If you opt for "Authority to Leave" or safe drop with the carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient upon delivery confirmation by the courier.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order appears delayed past the standard 10 business days window, or if it arrives damaged, please contact our support team at info@jerry-brisbane.com so we can initiate an investigation with the postal carrier on your behalf.
